Description:

Reporting to the DDC Tech Lead, help design Building Automation Control Systems to meet project specifications, generate shop drawings, generating and testing programming, implement web-based user interface graphics. The DDC Tech will work with the Tech lead to design proper function of the controls systems and ensure the quality delivered meets our high standards.

• Controller Addressing and Programming
• BACnet Network Integration
• Commissioning
• Customer Support and Training

• Graphic Point Plotting
• Troubleshooting Controllers and I/O Devices

Qualifications/ Skills:

• Journeyman Certificate, C.E.T., or C.Tech designation in an HVAC or Controls related field an asset

       or 3-5 years experience with building automation systems or related fields.

• Controls experience an asset
• Class 5 drivers license with a clean drivers abstract
• Computer fluency
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite including Visio
• Good verbal, written and organizational skills.
• Team player who is cooperative and supportive
• Well developed trouble shooting skills; capable of troubleshooting software, hardware,

       equipment configuration and wiring.

Schedule:

• 8 Hour Shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime, shift work and weekend availability if needed
