Journeyman Electrician – Lead Hand Position

Reporting to the Project Coordinator, the Lead Hand is responsible for providing guidance and leadership on small to medium sized construction projects and to act as a liaison between the customer and the installation team. This position is also responsible for meeting
the customer and employer project goals by responding to project requests and requirements in an efficient and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Performing all work in a safe manner - abiding by Serv-All's Health and Safety policies as well as all
government legislation and regulations
- Ensure construction requirements are met
- Meeting customer and employer project goals and schedules
- Installing and wiring of electrical devices, such as controllers, relays, actuators, etc.
- Mentoring and conducting on-the-job training to apprentices
- Managing product resources and material
- Adhere to all of
SERV-ALL Mechanical's policies and procedures
Qualifications / Skills:
- Journeyman Electrician
- Class 5 Drivers License/Clean Drivers Abstract
- Controls Experience an Asset
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment
- Ability to clear a Criminal Record Check
- CSTS2020/WHMIS2015
- Strong verbal, written and organizational skills
- Ability to manage problematic situations with customers and co-workers
- Well developed trouble shooting skills

- 8 Hour Shifts
