Jr/Entry Level DDC Technician

Description:
Reporting to the DDC Tech Lead, The Jr. DDC Technician will divide time between office and field assisting with generating shop drawings, testing programming, commissioning/startups and implementing web-based user interface graphics.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist in Providing Control System solutions to our customers
- Assist with Start Up, Commissioning, point to point verifications and troubleshooting of Reliable controls systems, HVAC equipment and end devices.
- Provide Customer Support
- Assist with Control Systems Documentation and GUI
- Maintain Continuity Among Field and Office Personnel
- Show initiative in learning HVAC and DDC fundamentals
Qualifications/ Skills:
- High School Diploma (required)
- o Electrical and or Instrumentation Technologist/Instrumentation Journeyman and or C-TECH or C.E.T Designation would be an asset (preferred)
- 1-3 years experience with BAS installation, service and repair (preferred)
- Reliable Controls experience (preferred)
- Class 5 drivers license with a clean drivers abstract and reliable transportation. (required)
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite of software (required)
- Written and verbal English language skills (required)
- Team player who is cooperative and supportive (required)

Schedule:
- 8 Hour Shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime, shift work and weekend availability if needed
