Journeyperson Electrician - Controls Experience Preferred

Reporting to their site supervisor, journeypersons are responsible for: providing guidance and leadership to apprentices, working together with others or alone to complete the installation of BAS systems and maintaining good communication throughout the duration of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Performing all work in a safe manner - abiding by Serv-All's Health and Safety policies as well as all
government legislation and regulations
- Ensure construction requirements are met
- Meeting customer and employer project goals and schedules
- Installing and wiring of electrical devices, such as controllers, relays, actuators, etc.
- Mentoring and conducting on-the-job training to apprentices
- Managing product resources and material
- Adhere to all of
SERV-ALL Mechanical's policies and procedures
Qualifications / Skills:
- Journeyperson Electrician
- Class 5 Drivers License/Clean Drivers Abstract
- Controls Experience an Asset
- Maintain a safe and secure work environment
- Ability to clear a Criminal Record Check
- CSTS2020/WHMIS2015
- Strong verbal, written and organizational skills
- Ability to manage problematic situations with customers and co-workers
- Well developed trouble shooting skills
