A typical Preventative Maintenance Program will consist of the following tasks:
 

Ø      Facility managers will know in advance when there is a scheduled service inspection. If a scheduling conflict exists, another convenient time can be arranged. This allows problems to be noted and addressed during the inspect-ion.

Ø      Scheduled service inspections will consist of following the inspection and maintenance procedures recommended by the manufacturer.

Ø      Required adjustments and calibrations will take place, which ensures that equipment is operating at maximum efficiency.

Ø       Comprehensive check sheets will be filled out for each piece of equipment serviced containing any recommendations that may enhance the performance of the facility.

Ø      Abnormal operating conditions are noted and the client notified as to the problem.

Ø      Check sheets will be sent to the client for review.
